There are still so many African orphans and street children out there suffering. Some of them die of starvation. We read about it in newspapers almost every month. Some African street children turn into thieves and robbers. It is my prayer that God will still open the windows of heaven and shower His blessings, so that we may assist more.  We have saved but a few, and we thank God for the much we have accomplished through Him.  We still need to save more and more.  We cannot take all of them into Hope for Children Center Orphanage, but we will take, as God allows us to take and, as funds are available, we will feed the starving.

I am requesting you to pray for these African orphans on the streets and especially the orphans who are starving. They long to be fed, clothed, cared for and loved. They need a home, a Christian home.  God will open the way.

I want to thank all those who donated money to feed the starving people in Kenya. Your help is very much appreciated.  We distributed food to 16 different locations in Kenya. Among them are the West Kochia, East Kochia, and Kagan locations.  These are some of the places hit very hard by drought and people are dying of starvation. Through your donation, we managed to rescue some lives. We still hope to rescue more.

Mostly, when we distributed food, we collaborated with government officials, chiefs and health officers. They were important because they have time to teach people about the dangers of HIV/AIDS. On some of those occasions, the Kenya Television Network (KTN) videotaped the distribution of food.  Hope for Children Center orphans participated in distributing food to the other orphans dying of starvation.  I am appealing for more donations to save the lives of the starving.
